Settlement between Oberfeld and mobilkom austria
1. "The Defendant, Dr. Gerd Oberfeld acknowledges that at no time was there a "C-Net" mobile phone station in the area of the Schemmerlstrasse automatic exchange in Hausmannstätten, Styria. The Defendant covenants to cease and desist from disseminating assertions of facts or claims of a similar nature to the effect that such a mobile phone station was located at the aforementioned place that lead to the conclusion that there is a causal relationship with multiple instances of cancerous illnesses, in particular also within the scope of his "Environmental epidemiological study into the incidence of cancer in the municipalities of Hausmannstätten & Vasoldsberg" from January 2008."
2. The Defendant further covenants to communicate point 1 of this settlement – without judging supplement – to the office of the Styrian and the office of the Salzburg State Government and additionally to the affected circles of distribution immediately and to make every endeavour that this notice is at least published on the internet sites of the states Styria and Salzburg.
